How it works?
Choose your Raters
Select those who will evaluate your effectiveness in 5 areas – Leading, Developing, Caring, and EQ Self / EQ Others. These individuals will be given an opportunity to rate aspects of your leadership and provide feedback. Usually, those raters fall into the following categories, Supervisor, Peers, Direct Reports, and Others.
Take the Assessment
Your Raters will be sent a 15-minute survey. You will also be given a chance to score yourself in the same 5 areas.
Receive feedback
After a designated period of time, you will receive your Development Profile, a written report of your Trusted Leader 360° feedback. Within the report, you will have the opportunity to process the results yourself, with your supervisor, or with a coach.
